KOTA KINABALU: All destinations are fully booked for the coming Lunar New Year despite the depreciation
of Ringgit Malaysia.
Association of Tour and Travel Agents (SATTA) president Dato’ Seri Winston Liaw revealed this yesterday,
adding the depreciation of the ringgit only affected the profit margin of travel agents, but not the bookings.
In the past, many Chinese families prefered to travel overseas during the lunar new year celebrations.
